RBB – STAL Group was created on the basis of a manufacturing family business which was started by Janina and Florian Rybka in 1957. It has been operating continuously since then, although its name, partners, legal status and business profile have changed in recent years.
The manufacturing workshop was transformed into a private partnership and then, a general partnership whose partners were: Janina Rybka, Maria Borusiak and Włodzimierz Borusiak.

The business profile included: production of steel flanges, steel structures, trading in steel products, oxygen and plasma cutting services.

In order to meet the high requirements of the market, RBB-Stal launched a new branch in the middle of 2003 – Steel Service Centre, thus expanding its business profile once again.

In 2007, due to the rapid development of the company, the partners of RBB-Stal Borusiak Sp. J. which was then a general partnership, decided totransform it creating two companies. The division of dividing the partnership was due to different locations of plants and varied business profile.

On 1st January 2008 RBB-Stal Spółka Akcyjna (a joint-stock company) was incorporated and it provided the offer of the Steel Service Centre. RBB-STAL J. Borusiak Spółka Komandytowa (a limited partnership) started its operations on 1st April 2008.

The newly-created companies not only took over the personnel and back-up facilities of the existing branches of RBB-Stal Borusiak Sp. J., but also its experience covering more than 50 years.
A stable and well-integrated personnel consisting of 240 people contributes to the success of RBB- Stal group now.
